357 Maquette sapwinning

De nummer 357, 359, 361 en 363 betreffen de onderdelen van een suikerfabriek uit de jaren 1950-1960, gebouwd op schaal 1 : 32.

Het eerste deel betreft de sapwinning: hier worden de bieten aangevoerd door de boeren. In de maquette is het proces geheel te volgen: de bieten op het gor, het spuitkanon, de wasmolen, de snijmessen en de voorraad snijmessen, de broeitrog en de diffusietoren. Aan het eind de 3 pulppersen en de transportband naar de pulpdrogerij. Het eindproduct uit de sapwinning is : ruwsap en geperste pulp, zoals in de tweede gang is uitgelegd. Diverse mensen bewaken het proces. Een mevrouw van de huishoudelijke dienst neemt ook even de tijd om bij te praten met een collega in de fabriek.

357 Maquette sapwinning (Model of juice extraction)

The numbers 357, 359 361 and 363 are part of a sugar factory from the years 1950-1960, built on a scale of 1 : 32.

The first section concerns the production of juice: here the sugar beets are supplied from the farmers. The entire process can be followed in the model: the sugar beets on the “GOR, the spray cannon, the washing mill, the cutting knives and the stock of cutting blades, the scalding trough and the diffusion tower. At the end the 3 pulp presses and the conveyor belt to the pulp dryer. The end product from juice extraction is: raw juice and pressed pulp, as explained in the second corridor. Various people monitor the process. A lady from the housekeeping department also takes the time to chat with a colleague in the factory.
